CASE SOLVED - Eric Horton has been arrested for Capital Murder for the murder of Stephanie Collins. He is being held at St. Clair Correctional Facility on unrelated charges. Case number H15A-1409-99 Shortly after noon on September 23, 1999, a truck driver found the body of 21 year old Stephanie Collins in a field off Moody Swamp Road. She had been shot and her body dumped in this remote area. She was last seen at her residence about 6:00am on the day she was murdered. No suspect has ever been arrested in this case.
